What you'll do

  • Define and structure strategic technology initiatives by identifying and solving core business problems like data gaps or process friction.

  • Lead the intake and refinement of technology requests related to sales tracking, client engagement, and business analytics.

  • Coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure integrated solutions rather than isolated features.
  • Maintain critical data tables to provide accurate reporting and insights for senior leadership decision-making.
  • Establish sustainable processes and governance for project intake, prioritization, and documentation across global and regional teams.

What we're looking for

  • A Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or Business Analytics is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in management consulting, financial services, project management, and/or business analytics is preferred.
  • Experience conducting user research to understand motivations and workflows using methods like user flows and personas.
  • Ability to use data to drive decisions regarding product design and prioritization.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including breaking down features into user stories and working with engineers through the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience with AI/Data tools such as Copilot or Claude Code.
  • Experience with data visualization and BI tools like Sigma, CRM systems like Salesforce, and data warehouse tools like Snowflake.
  • Strong communication skills to drive consensus among stakeholders and manage expectations across functional teams.
