What we're looking for
A Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or Business Analytics is preferred.
3+ years of experience in management consulting, financial services, project management, and/or business analytics is preferred.
Experience conducting user research to understand motivations and workflows using methods like user flows and personas.
Ability to use data to drive decisions regarding product design and prioritization.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including breaking down features into user stories and working with engineers through the software development lifecycle.
Experience with AI/Data tools such as Copilot or Claude Code.
Experience with data visualization and BI tools like Sigma, CRM systems like Salesforce, and data warehouse tools like Snowflake.
Strong communication skills to drive consensus among stakeholders and manage expectations across functional teams.
