Product Manager, ASTRO P25 RF Sites

What you'll do

• Define the vision, strategy, roadmap, and feature requirements for assigned RF Site products.
• Analyze market conditions and competitive intelligence to develop differentiated product offerings.
• Manage hardware and software release cycles, including tracking features, dependencies, and milestones.
• Translate complex customer needs and "Voice of Customer" research into actionable user stories and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure on-time delivery and profitability.
• Develop go-to-market assets, including training materials, demo environments, and sales presentations.
• Establish success metrics, KPIs, and SLAs for all new product initiatives.

What we're looking for

• A Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant experience is required.
• Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in product management, marketing, field service, field engineering, or development engineering.
• Thorough knowledge of Motorola’s ASTRO or competitive Project 25 (P25) systems is required.
• Experience validating market problems through industry experience and direct contact with customers and stakeholders is required.
• Technical acumen to communicate effectively with both development engineers and technical end users is required.
• Strong ability to lead through influencing others across internal and external organizations is required.
• Polished verbal and written communication skills for internal and external audiences are required.
• Ability to distill complex user requirements into formats understandable by developers and non-technical staff is required.
