What you'll do

  • Assist in the development and management of product lifecycles.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive research to inform product strategy.
  • Organize work cycles and prioritize tasks for the team.
  • Participate in roadmap planning and prioritization activities.
  • Create documentation regarding product performance and reporting.
  • Draft Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and clear user stories for engineering teams.

What we're looking for

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Product Design, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of product management experience, including entry-level roles or Rotational Product Manager programs.
  • Familiarity with writing user stories, Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), and acceptance criteria.
  • Understanding of basic Agile/Scrum methodologies such as sprints, standups, and backlog refinement.
  • Experience using task-tracking software (Jira, Confluence), wireframing tools (Figma, Miro), and MS Office.
  • Ability to run basic SQL queries.
  • Valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization.
  • Experience with lending/financing products, cross-functional collaboration, fast-paced environments, or AI tools (preferred).
