Product Manager, Apple Pay

What you'll do

• Improve the end-to-end provisioning experience and develop new identification and verification features.
• Develop innovative fraud prevention measures that protect users while reducing transaction friction.
• Define and build product roadmaps for the provisioning and risk platform.
• Lead complex, cross-functional projects involving engineering, legal, marketing, and operations teams.
• Evangelize product strategy to align executives, internal colleagues, and external partners.
• Execute go-to-market plans to ensure readiness across all partner networks.
• Collaborate with networks, issuers, and merchants to drive adoption of new features.

What we're looking for

• At least 5 years of experience building and launching consumer products with designers, engineers, and data scientists.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across engineering, design, marketing, and legal teams.
• Technical foundation to engage with engineering teams and understand system-level tradeoffs.
• Expertise in payment and identity technology including card provisioning, ID&V, tokenization, fraud detection, and chargeback flows.
• Fluency with the roles and strategies of payment ecosystem players like Networks, Issuers, and token service providers.
• Ability to synthesize complex topics and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
• Knowledge of machine learning applications for risk decisioning, including signal design and model evaluation.
• Familiarity with regulatory environments shaping authentication and provisioning, such as 3-D Secure and SCA.
