What we're looking for
Minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years with a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 5 years experience; or equivalent experience.
Experience in the semiconductor capital equipment industry (preferred).
Familiarity with wafer handling and/or mechatronics systems (preferred).
Supervisory or management experience (preferred).
Ability to lead and challenge a team of highly technical and competent individuals.
Ability to understand and mentor less experienced peers in the product manager role.
Demonstrated capacity to provide structure and guidance in a chaotic environment.
Ability to work effectively across multiple organizations and levels of management.
