What you'll do

Manage the entire product lifecycle from initial definition and planning to production release and end-of-life.
Prioritize programs and projects to align resource allocation with organizational objectives.
Define, communicate, and approve product offerings through the Product Option Architecture system.
Manage unreleased product proliferation by coordinating forecasts, shipment plans, and spare parts inventory.
Manage financial reserve funds to support field enhancements and specific business objectives.
Review and disposition engineering change orders while providing rationale for pricing decisions.
Lead cross-functional teams to mitigate customer production impacts and resolve safety issues.
Monitor and manage product costs in collaboration with supply chain and engineering teams.

What we're looking for

Minimum 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 8 years with a Master's, or a PhD with 5 years experience.
Equivalent professional experience to the specified educational and experience requirements is acceptable.
Experience in the semiconductor capital equipment industry is preferred.
Familiarity with wafer handling or mechatronics systems is preferred.
Supervisory or management experience is preferred.
Ability to lead, challenge, and mentor a team of highly technical individuals.
Proven ability to provide structure and guidance in complex environments while collaborating across multiple organizations.
Strong judgment and decision-making skills are required to manage product lifecycle and financial reserves.
