What you'll do

Define product roadmap, strategy, and vision by distilling market needs and business objectives into actionable requirements.
Manage the entire product lifecycle from initial definition and planning through production release and end-of-life.
Lead cross-functional teams to resolve known product issues and mitigate impacts on customer operations.
Oversee financial reserve funds and manage costs in collaboration with supply chain and engineering teams.
Manage unreleased product inventory, including forecasting, shipment plans, and critical design reviews.
Approve product changes, BOM change orders, and pricing decisions within the Product Option Architecture system.
Lead safety issue task forces to develop alert plans and implementation strategies.
Identify and drive process improvements to achieve "Shift Left" gains in development and release activities.

What we're looking for

Minimum 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 8 years with a Master's degree, or a PhD with 5 years experience.
Experience in managing and architecting highly configurable products and assemblies.
Preferred experience of at least 5 years in the semiconductor capital equipment industry.
Familiarity with fluid or gas delivery systems is preferred.
Supervisory or management experience is preferred.
Ability to lead, mentor, and challenge a team of highly technical individuals.
Expertise in both business and technical domains to define product strategy and roadmaps.
Ability to manage the full product lifecycle from definition and planning to production release and end-of-life.
