Product Management Analyst

What you'll do

• Develop business requirements, product specifications, and go-to-market materials using AI tools like Claude.
• Establish and communicate the VDM product roadmap and priorities to enhance client self-service capabilities.
• Partner with data engineering teams to develop and deliver natural language query capabilities for portfolio data.
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) on newly released platform functionalities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage operational issues, ensure reporting accuracy, and maintain performance metrics.
• Support client onboarding by creating training materials and ensuring a smooth transition to the VDM platform.
• Provide technical product expertise and analytical support during sales conversations with prospective clients.
• Serve as the primary liaison for customer service teams to resolve data-related inquiries efficiently.

What we're looking for

• 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in product management, product analytics, or a related field within financial services, fintech, or payments (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
• Advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience working with data and analytics platforms, business intelligence tools, or data warehousing solutions (preferred).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience grooming and managing product backlogs (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex data into actionable insights and client-facing narratives (preferred).
• Exposure to AI, machine learning, or natural language processing concepts (preferred).
