Analyst, Technical Product Management

What you'll do

• Translate high-level epics into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
• Build and maintain technical process flows, solution architecture diagrams, and comprehensive product documentation.
• Analyze business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage the deployment of new features including QA, production pushes, and defect remediation.
• Troubleshoot and mitigate issues related to boundary systems, integration points, and infrastructure.
• Act as a hands-on developer to write scripts, debug code, and manage repository configurations.
• Oversee incident, request, problem, and change management processes for product features.
• Ensure all software development aligns with architectural standards, security best practices, and performance requirements.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.
• 4+ years of EPM/FCCS technical analyst experience.
• Knowledge of Agile software development processes, techniques, and delivery practices.
• Ability to act as a hands-on technologist for scripting, troubleshooting, and server management.
• Experience applying data to make informed business decisions and facilitate continuous improvement.
• Required functional knowledge of Finance, accounting, General Ledger, Sub Ledgers, and Financial Reports.
• Experience in EPM cloud implementation with strong application development processes (preferred).
• Proficiency in SQL, scripting languages (Batch/Python/PowerShell), and Oracle Technical certifications (preferred).
