Product Line Owner, Commercial Data Foundations

What you'll do

• Define and execute the strategy for building a scalable, trusted, and AI-ready data ecosystem for US commercial operations.
• Design high-quality data assets on AWS and Snowflake using domain-driven design and "data as a product" principles.
• Integrate third-party and syndicated data sources with internal data to harmonize multi-brand omnichannel environments.
• Implement modern data engineering practices including automation, observability, and robust quality and SLA frameworks.
• Develop reusable, AI/ML-ready data assets in collaboration with Advanced Analytics and AI teams.
• Align data foundations with business imperatives for field force optimization, product launches, and commercial decision-making.
• Lead a cross-functional team of product owners, analysts, and operations professionals to foster innovation and agility.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Healthcare Information Systems, or a related field.
• Master's degree (preferred).
• 7+ years of experience leading data strategy and architecture initiatives using data as a product thinking and domain-driven design.
• Experience modernizing legacy data environments into scalable, cloud-native platforms using AWS and Snowflake.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale digital and data transformations while building and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong collaboration skills to bridge business and technical stakeholders across global, cross-functional teams.
• Business acumen in life sciences or pharma, including understanding of the US commercial market and patient access ecosystems.
• Knowledge of semantic layers for AI, ML/AI concepts, and data governance frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, and CCPA.
