What you'll do

Lead design projects from initial conception through final delivery.
Partner with Product Managers to define requirements, goals, and project limitations.
Monitor and resolve open questions from business partners to ensure project clarity.
Facilitate design reviews and maintain detailed meeting notes of decisions and action items.
Negotiate priorities and manage resources to meet ambitious project schedules.
Oversee the handoff of design and functional specifications to the engineering team.
Validate builds to ensure design integrity and the intended user experience remain intact.
Coordinate with Engineering to ensure the development backlog is prioritized and scheduled.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience as a producer or program manager with recent experience leading software design.
Deep understanding of UX/UI design thinking, ideation, execution, and product design delivery processes.
Basic understanding of native application development.
BS degree or equivalent experience.
Meticulous attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and drive results while juggling many projects and priorities.
Experience working on Saas products (preferred).
Agility in learning new software and tools to optimize workflows and processes (preferred).
