TL;DR · Senior Content Features Producer

Sr. Content Features Producer (Apple Services: Product, Design & Marketing) joins the Apple Services team to bridge the gap between content design vision and technical execution. This role involves owning a portfolio of features from initial assessment through definition, build, quality assurance, and launch. You will translate creative ideas into specific requirements for engineering teams, manage complex trade-offs between visual richness and functionality, and oversee creative experimentation by designing tests with data scientists to inform future practices. Key responsibilities include building automated systems to scale production, creating content guidance from experimental results, and collaborating across design, engineering, and marketing departments. The role requires expertise in product creative experience, technical requirement writing, and managing large-scale content delivery for entertainment services. You will ensure that high-volume content is effectively surfaced, framed, and delivered across various devices and platforms.

What you'll do

  • Own content-driven features from initial assessment through definition, technical build, quality assurance, and final launch.
  • Translate creative visions into detailed requirements that engineering teams can use to build and test.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of creative experimentation, including hypothesis design, variant production, and result analysis.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to interpret experiment results and turn findings into actionable creative guidance.
  • Identify manual bottlenecks in content production and develop automated systems or tools to increase team throughput.
  • Create scalable templates and guidelines that allow creative teams to deploy content across multiple markets and surfaces.
  • Act as the primary point of contact to resolve stalled features and clarify requirements for cross-functional partners.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and data-driven results clearly to leadership and stakeholders.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of product creative experience producing or program-managing content experiences from concept through public launch.
  • 5–7+ years working with software engineering teams to write requirements and manage dependencies for digital products.
  • Experience partnering with designers and creative teams through briefing, review, and delivery.
  • Experience running creative, content, or marketing tests with analytics and product counterparts.
  • Experience working with data scientists on metrics, instrumentation, and interpreting results for non-technical audiences.
  • Experience shaping briefs with strategy, editorial, or marketing partners to turn findings into actionable guidance.
  • Cross-functional leadership experience managing programs across teams without direct reporting lines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, Media Production, Marketing, Arts, or equivalent practical industry experience.
  • Fluency in subscription media and streaming industries (preferred).
  • Experience defining or shipping machinery for creative production, such as automated asset adaptation or variant libraries (preferred).
  • Familiarity with A/B and multivariate testing, including significance and guardrail metrics (preferred).
  • Evidence of building creative guidance from testing that resulted in adopted changes by partner teams (preferred).
  • Experience building production systems to increase team output without increasing headcount (preferred).
  • Experience managing multiple product areas simultaneously and identifying risks across all of them (preferred).
  • Experience establishing ownership and processes for projects lacking existing structure (preferred).
  • Experience delivering difficult findings and navigating disagreements to reach a final decision (preferred).
