HI Design Producer

What you'll do

• Support designers in crafting user interfaces for Apple’s software platforms and first-party apps.
• Drive product development by partnering closely with Design, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Ensure the design vision is maintained from early exploration through to final implementation.
• Translate design intent into high-quality buildable solutions in coordination with Engineering.
• Manage multiple projects, resources, schedules, and priorities across parallel work streams.
• Create and maintain project plans, tracking documents, schedules, and status updates.
• Influence design intent across specialized teams using strong storytelling and communication skills.
• Ensure the delivery of inclusive and accessible products for diverse users and use cases.

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of collaborating with creatives and multi-disciplinary teams to ideate, iterate, and launch new product experiences.
• Experience managing multiple projects, resources, schedules, and priorities across parallel work streams in evolving environments.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills to influence design intent across various specialized teams and levels.
• Portfolio or work examples demonstrating workflow, process thinking, creative problem-solving, and the ability to drive complex initiatives.
• Expertise in creating and maintaining project plans and tracking documents, including schedules, status updates, and meeting notes (preferred).
• Commitment to designing inclusive and accessible products with sensitivity to diverse users and use cases (preferred).
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering and cross-functional partners to deliver end-to-end product experiences (preferred).
