Product Delivery Senior Associate, Card Installments UAT

What you'll do

• Review business requirements to define test scope, coverage, and level of effort for assigned initiatives.
• Create, maintain, and execute functional and regression test cases and test scripts.
• Document defects with clear reproduction steps and participate in triage and prioritization discussions.
• Track test execution progress, defect status, and key risks to provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate testing activities and resolve blockers with product owners, developers, and analysts.
• Identify testing dependencies and contribute to plans that improve testing efficiency.
• Support automation efforts by identifying and collaborating on opportunities to automate repeatable test scenarios.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related field of study, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or user acceptance testing, including hands-on test execution and defect management.
• Experience designing and executing functional and regression test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Experience using bug/defect tracking tools such as Jira, HP ALM/QC, or equivalent.
• Experience following defined testing processes, procedures, and metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize work, and meet delivery timelines.
• Ability to analyze detailed requirements, document questions and gaps, and drive timely clarification with partners.
• Authorized to work for any employer in the US.
