As a Product Delivery Manager - Machine Learning and AI, you will join the Machine Learning & Intelligent Operations team to develop and sustain innovative solutions for Consumer & Community Banking operations. What you'll do

Drive end-to-end execution of the product vision and prioritized roadmap agenda.

Identify and manage risks, controls, and dependencies both inside and outside the product area.
Maintain Jira hygiene and enforce standard tracking practices.
Support Agile leadership in driving continuous process improvements and team efficiency.

What we're looking for

Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Arts, or equivalent experience.
Expert knowledge of business processes across an entire line of business and other technology disciplines.
Strong understanding of firmwide risk and controls.
Understanding of global and line of business project and program management standards and methods.
Experience working with high-performing teams in complex program execution.
Strong understanding of Agile methods, stakeholder management, budget management, and operations.
Ability to create and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
