Product Delivery Manager, Cloud Foundational Services

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, release management, and operationalization.
• Manage project timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers and ensuring adequate resourcing.
• Define the product component roadmap and maintain the development backlog.
• Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to refine requirements and prioritize delivery timelines.
• Participate in quarterly planning processes and feature refinement with engineering teams.
• Lead data-driven innovation to optimize the end-to-end delivery lifecycle.
• Provide feedback on delivery feasibility and escalate opportunities to improve functional coordination.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area.
• Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes.
• Experience in product or platform-wide release management, deployment processes, and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
• Experience with Public Cloud Providers and capabilities at an Enterprise Scale, specifically GCP and AWS.
• Domain knowledge or previous experience within Infrastructure or Technology Platforms.
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics (preferred).
• Previous team management experience (preferred).
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence (preferred).
