The Executive Director, Agentic Product Data Science leads a team within the Consumer & Community Banking Data & Analytics department. This role focuses on enabling and scaling real-time streaming data and agentic AI/ML capabilities for product and data science teams across Chase and JPMorganChase Wealth Management. The leader manages a team of over eight people to own the strategy and delivery of agentic, customer-centric real-time use cases. Key responsibilities include incubating reusable data products like feature stores and decision services, managing the product lifecycle, and establishing best practices for evaluation, safety guardrails, and drift detection. The role requires deep expertise in Agile delivery, real-time data strategies, and agentic workflows. Candidates must possess strong technical credibility to align stakeholders across analytics, risk, and technology to deliver measurable business value.
Own and execute the agentic product data science strategy for real-time analytics across Chase and JPMorganChase Wealth Management.
Lead an Agile solutioning team to deliver end-to-end agentic AI/ML use cases from discovery through production launch.
Design and incubate reusable data and model assets such as feature stores, streaming features, and agent components.
Establish best practices for agentic systems, including safety guardrails, evaluation metrics, drift detection, and incident response.
Accelerate speed-to-market by streamlining intake, requirements, architecture patterns, and release governance for agentic product delivery.
Manage and develop a high-performing team of 8+ members through coaching, hiring, and talent development.
Translate complex technical concepts like agentic workflows and streaming architectures into business impact recommendations for senior leaders.
Oversee the product roadmap, development, risk management, and business growth targets for the data science portfolio.
What we're looking for
8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
10+ years of deep expertise in Agile delivery and product management best practices, particularly in transformation environments.
Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics.
Experience in data science, analytics, AI/ML, or related consulting with evidence of delivering measurable impact in production environments.
Practical understanding of data science tools, including experience enabling data science teams or delivering data science products/use cases.
Understanding of analytics and AI/ML in streaming/real-time contexts, including latency, reliability, observability, and model monitoring.
Demonstrated ability to combine business acumen with strong communication to articulate complex technical topics to executive and non-technical audiences.
Familiarity with AWS/cloud technologies and best practices (preferred).
