TL;DR · Product Analytics Developer Experience

Product Analytics - Developer Experience, Bridge joins the Data team to own the data strategy for customer experience across payments quality and product interaction. This role involves analyzing transaction speed, uptime, reliability, and error rates while evaluating how customers navigate dashboards and onboarding flows to identify friction points. The successful candidate will build and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes, develop self-serve tools for internal teams, and translate complex findings into actionable improvements. Technical requirements include expert SQL skills for modeling in a Databricks environment, version control via GitHub, and experience building visualizations for diverse stakeholders. The role addresses the technical challenges of stablecoin payment rails, specifically focusing on improving global money movement by monitoring infrastructure performance and optimizing user journeys within a high-growth fintech environment where priorities evolve alongside the product's scale.

What you'll do

  • Define and refine key metrics for payments quality and product experience to drive business decisions.
  • Analyze transaction speed, uptime, error rates, and support ticket trends to identify customer friction.
  • Analyze dashboard usage, onboarding funnels, and feature adoption to improve the user journey.
  • Build and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes in Databricks using version-controlled code.
  • Create self-serve dashboards and tools for Product, Engineering, and Support teams to monitor key metrics.
  • Translate data findings into concrete product improvements by partnering with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactively identify and flag emerging issues in payment quality before they impact customers.
  • Maintain high standards for data quality, documentation, and tooling as the company scales.

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years of experience as a data analyst or in a similar analytics role, ideally in payments, fintech, or high-growth tech.
  • Excellent SQL skills for querying and modeling data in modern warehouse/lakehouse environments like Databricks.
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes using version control via GitHub.
  • Strong analytical and diagnostic skills to independently investigate problems and provide clear recommendations.
  • Experience building dashboards and visualizations that communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership of a focal area, and manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain data-driven findings to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience analyzing payments or product/UX data, programming in Python (preferred), and working in fast-paced startups (preferred).
