As Senior Manager, Product Management - Developer Experience, AI & Developer Productivity, you will join the Inner Loop team to oversee the measurement and acceleration of how over 14,000 developers write, test, and ship code. You will be responsible for defining metrics that engineering leaders use to invest in development, building data products to quantify developer productivity, and establishing a unified framework to measure the risk, utilization, and impact of AI coding tools like Claude Code, Windsurf, and Copilot across the software development lifecycle. Your daily work involves turning raw telemetry into actionable insights to reduce friction in the engineering process. The role requires proficiency in SQL, metrics design, data pipelines, and experience with CI/CD or DevOps tools. You will solve complex problems regarding developer experience research and AI automation integration within a large-scale enterprise environment.

What you'll do

Define metrics for engineering leaders to evaluate and invest in developer productivity.
Manage the enterprise's developer productivity measurement platform and expand its framework.
Develop a unified measurement framework for AI coding tools across the software development lifecycle.
Quantify the risk, utilization, and impact of AI tools like Claude Code and Copilot.
Manage an in-house telemetry platform to gather data from over 14,000 developers.
Translate raw developer experience telemetry into actionable insights for enterprise-wide improvements.
Identify and resolve complex problems to improve software delivery speed and quality.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Alternatively, must have a Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience.
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
Experience exploring, prototyping, or implementing emerging technologies and AI automation tools.
Experience developing tools for CI/CD and DevOps.
Strong data fluency in SQL, metrics design, and data pipelines.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational alignment.
