Own the enterprise developer productivity measurement platform and define key performance metrics.

What we're looking for
Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, Business, Marketing, or a Bachelor's degree in any field with 4 years of Product Management experience.
Must demonstrate proficiency in human-centered design, business focus, technology-driven solutions, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership.
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
Experience exploring, prototyping, or implementing emerging technologies and AI automation tools (preferred).
Experience developing tools for CI/CD and DevOps (preferred).
Strong data fluency in SQL, metrics design, and data pipelines (preferred).
