Processor Implementation Manager

What you'll do

• Support complex processor implementations and migrations, ensuring operational readiness.
• Write sophisticated SQL queries to investigate transaction anomalies and support reconciliation research.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on ChimeCore payment flows and data models.
• Collaborate with bank partners and engineering on funds flow and transaction investigations.
• Define expected versus anomalous processor behavior and contribute to monitor design.
• Perform advanced data analysis to support root-cause investigation and articulate findings.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of experience in bank or payment operations with expertise in accounting, funds flow, settlement, processing.
• Expert-level SQL skills for complex query writing and large dataset investigation; Snowflake experience preferred.
• Strong background in reconciliation processes and ACH transactions, including AAP certification.
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end payments ecosystem, including card networks and regulatory environment.
• Familiarity with network operations such as Visa, Mastercard, PLUS, Star, and related vendors for AFT/OCT payments.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement projects through cross-functional collaboration.
