Processor Implementation Manager

What you'll do

• Manage complex processor implementations, migrations, and platform changes to ensure operational readiness and successful handoffs.
• Write sophisticated SQL queries in Snowflake to investigate transaction anomalies and perform reconciliation research.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on payment flows, transaction lifecycles, and internal data models.
• Provide structured analysis and proposed resolutions for funds flow and reporting issues with bank partners and engineering.
• Interpret platform behavior and transaction data to support investigations for Accounting, Audit, Risk, and Finance teams.
• Lead incident response by investigating root causes, proposing hypotheses, and driving remediation efforts.
• Define expected versus anomalous processor behaviors to design new monitors and alerts in partnership with Engineering.

What we're looking for

• Must have 6+ years of experience in bank and/or payment operations including accounting, funds flow, settlement, and processing.
• Must possess expert-level SQL skills to write complex, optimized queries for investigating large transactional datasets.
• Experience with Snowflake is strongly preferred.
• Must have strong reconciliation knowledge and a background in reconciliation processes.
• Must have an understanding of the end-to-end payments ecosystem, including card networks, issuer processing, and the regulatory environment.
• Must understand ACH originations, returns, and settlements; AAP certification is a plus.
• Must be familiar with network operations for Visa, Mastercard, PLUS, and Star.
• Must have experience working cross-functionally with Product, Accounting, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Engineering teams.
