What you'll do

Oversee a broad portfolio of global data center projects to deliver capacity on time.
Create large data sets and dashboards to drive organizational decision-making and improve vendor throughput.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect timelines and costs.
Develop and implement long-term strategies to reduce complexity and increase infrastructure delivery speed.
Manage external cabling vendors to deliver new sites and support space and power expansions.
Provide regular project status updates and conduct monthly business reviews for executive leadership.
Ensure data center infrastructure builds meet high standards of quality, efficiency, and sustainability.

What we're looking for

10+ years of technical program management experience.
Proven experience leading large-scale data center or infrastructure programs.
Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, and hardware deployment.
Strong ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
Executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated success driving cross-functional alignment and execution at scale.
Strong background in VBA, Python, and PowerBI (preferred).
Experience with virtualization, service initiation, and meeting customer SLAs (preferred).
