As the Principal Technical Program Manager, you will serve as the Global Delivery and Transformation Lead to set execution strategies and manage a portfolio of high-priority initiatives across the Global Technology Center network. You will be responsible for converting enterprise priorities into integrated roadmaps, scalable delivery models, and coordinated execution across various regions. Your daily work involves managing transformation roadmaps, establishing governance, leading change management, and defining success measures like adoption and delivery predictability. You will utilize enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate program planning, risk synthesis, and executive reporting while ensuring data sensitivity compliance. The role requires expertise in portfolio management, financial management, and stakeholder engagement within a complex, matrixed environment. You will build delivery capability by establishing reusable standards and tools to solve large-scale, multi-workstream initiatives across the global technology organization.

What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
PMP, PgMP, or comparable program or project management certification.
12+ years of experience leading complex programs, enterprise transformations, or strategic portfolios in a large global organization.
Proven experience leading large, cross-functional, multi-workstream programs from strategy and business case development through implementation, adoption, and benefits realization.
Demonstrated ability to advise and influence senior executives while driving decisions across organizational and geographic boundaries.
Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for program management workflows with strong validation habits and data sensitivity awareness.
Strong portfolio, program, financial, and problem-solving skills including managing investment, capacity, budgets, and complex trade-offs.
Experience leading technology-enabled transformation within a global technology organization; financial services experience preferred.
