What you'll do

  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the enterprise Computer Vision Platform.
  • Partner with internal product leaders to define platform requirements and drive adoption of central AI models.
  • Author high-quality Market Requirements Documents (MRDs), Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), and user stories for core platform capabilities.
  • Own the product lifecycle for reusable computer vision models and foundational AI infrastructure from ideation to deprecation.
  • Define and track key business, customer, and technical metrics to measure platform success and performance.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and inform build-versus-buy decisions.
  • Manage the technical program for enterprise-scale cloud and edge AI platforms to ensure quantifiable business outcomes.
  • Provide product ownership for select end-to-end computer vision-based products.

What we're looking for

  • Candidates must reside in a US state within the Eastern (EST) or Central (CST) Time Zone.
  • 10+ years of technical program management experience in platform products, AI/ML, or complex cross-functional domains.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience building machine learning models, production ML pipelines, computer vision algorithms, or ML software engineering.
  • Deep understanding of computer vision, machine learning lifecycle (MLOps), data platforms, and reusable AI infrastructure.
  • Proven experience defining product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and metrics frameworks like KPIs and OKRs.
  • Ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering teams to understand architectural trade-offs and define measurable requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in AI performance metrics, real-time video processing, and inference optimization.
  • Experience in video analytics for security, retail, or manufacturing operations (preferred).
