What you'll do

  • Drive the end-to-end delivery of Voice AI features including ASR, TTS, translation, and LLM models.
  • Manage the lifecycle and adoption of central AI models and foundational AI infrastructure for downstream product teams.
  • Establish and measure a systemic link between AI model performance and quantifiable customer outcomes.
  • Integrate AI/ML into the internal software development lifecycle and track engineering velocity and quality.
  • Maintain an executive-facing dashboard to track key AI impact metrics and organizational development efficiency.
  • Communicate strategic research initiatives and core AI metrics to stakeholders and partner product teams.
  • Provide program management for ambiguous product concepts, including early-stage customer discovery and scoping.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of technical program management experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in AI/ML research and platforms.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as an individual contributor building models, ML pipelines, or developing core speech algorithms or systems.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as an individual contributor in machine learning modeling, production ML pipelines, or software engineering for data-oriented products.
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML, MLOps, data platforms, and the challenges of building and deploying central, reusable AI infrastructure and models.
  • Proven experience defining and implementing metrics frameworks (KPIs, OKRs) to measure technology platform success and drive organizational accountability.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate at a Principal level, influence senior leaders, and communicate complex technical and strategic concepts clearly.
  • Experience in public safety, security-focused software, mission-critical systems, or emergency communications (preferred).
  • Background in computer vision and/or voice technologies (preferred).
