The Principal Software Engineer/Developer joins the team to develop reusable frameworks, cross-project components, and data-integration strategies for large enterprise datasets. The role also demands proficiency in Informatica for ETL solutions, Azure, and Tableau for business intelligence. Candidates must perform database optimization on Oracle Exadata Platforms and manage data modeling to support divisional initiatives in a defined contribution environment.

What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field and five years of experience as a Principal Software Engineer/Developer.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field and three years of experience as a Principal Software Engineer/Developer.
Experience developing software applications in a defined contribution environment using Oracle, Azure, Informatica, and Tableau.
Expertise in analyzing, architecting, modeling, and developing Oracle database applications, data warehouses, and operational data stores.
Expertise in database optimization and performance tuning using Realtime SQL, Oracle Enterprise Manager, and SQL Profiling.
Expertise in designing and developing enterprise data integration and ETL solutions using Informatica and Control-M within UNIX/Linux environments.
Expertise in designing analytical data models and optimizing PL/SQL data access to support Tableau reports and dashboards.
Experience developing reusable frameworks, performing impact analysis, and conducting deep root-cause analysis for complex multi-application issues.
