Principal Senior Product Managers, Security IDNA

What you'll do

• Translate customer security challenges into clear requirements, scenarios, and success metrics.
• Define and drive the product roadmap for securing AI services and data.
• Partner with engineering to design, build, and ship new security capabilities.
• Deliver integrated solutions by working across Security, Entra, Networking, and AI platform teams.
• Track competitive and industry trends to identify security gaps and opportunities.
• Own features end-to-end from initial problem definition through general availability and adoption.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in product/service/program management or software development, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to pass Microsoft and Microsoft Cloud background security screenings.
• Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of experience in product/service/program management or software development, or equivalent experience (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (preferred).
• 4+ years of experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (preferred).
• 4+ years of experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of identity, security, governance, compliance, cloud security, or Microsoft Security/Entra technologies (preferred).
• AI-native PM experience (preferred).
