What we're looking for
A BS with 14+ years of experience, an MS with 12+ years, or a PhD with 6+ years in the CAR T-cell or immunotherapeutic field is required.
Deep subject matter expertise in CAR-T biology, genetic medicine approaches, and assay development for candidate generation and assessment is required.
Demonstrated ability to function as a principal investigator by generating original technical ideas and research strategies is required.
Proven success as a primary author of publications, presentations, regulatory documents, or as a primary inventor of patents is required.
Proficiency in T cell biology, immuno-oncology, flow cytometry, and functional assay design is required.
Exceptional project management skills and the ability to manage timelines for self and team are required.
Experience in leading preclinical cell therapy research teams is required.
Experience with in situ/in vivo delivery platforms for CAR-T therapies is preferred.
