What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • A BS with 14+ years of experience, an MS with 12+ years, or a PhD with 6+ years in the CAR T-cell or immunotherapeutic field is required.
  • Deep subject matter expertise in CAR-T biology, genetic medicine approaches, and assay development for candidate generation and assessment is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to function as a principal investigator by generating original technical ideas and research strategies is required.
  • Proven success as a primary author of publications, presentations, regulatory documents, or as a primary inventor of patents is required.
  • Proficiency in T cell biology, immuno-oncology, flow cytometry, and functional assay design is required.
  • Exceptional project management skills and the ability to manage timelines for self and team are required.
  • Experience in leading preclinical cell therapy research teams is required.
  • Experience with in situ/in vivo delivery platforms for CAR-T therapies is preferred.
