Principal Quality Engineer

What you'll do

• Design scalable, risk-based test strategies for complex GPU systems and infrastructure.
• Oversee the setup and maintenance of test environments across multiple teams.
• Perform root cause analysis on customer issues and manage defect resolution processes.
• Develop and integrate reusable automation solutions into CI/CD pipelines.
• Enforce software quality gates to ensure release readiness through metric evaluation.
• Maintain and optimize test infrastructure while advising on build versus buy decisions.
• Lead testing for non-functional requirements including multi-user performance and stress conditions.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on automation best practices.

What we're looking for

• Must have 3 to 5+ years of experience in the field.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Expertise in GPU related testing is required.
• Experience with test automation and CI/CD integration is required.
• Proficiency in quality engineering and reporting skills is required.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and manage defect resolution is required.
• Capability to provide technical mentorship and coaching to junior team members is required.
• Skills in firmware updates and consistent programming techniques are required.
