Principal Project Controls Lead

What you'll do

• Manage integrated project controls for OCI data center delivery scopes.
• Track and report on schedule performance, cost visibility, risk management.
• Identify critical-path risks and escalate them with clear mitigation paths.
• Develop and maintain project control tools and trackers for accurate reporting.
• Coordinate long-lead procurement, supplier readiness, and logistics plans.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience leading project controls or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, supply chain, operations, or a related field.
• Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure and data center delivery programs.
• Working knowledge of schedule tracking, cost forecasting, risk management, and project reporting tools.
• Ability to analyze complex project data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Strong executive communication skills for presenting project information clearly.
• Willingness to work in Abilene, Texas and travel as needed.
