Senior Director, Project Controls – GigaScale Data Center Delivery

What you'll do

• Lead project controls for AI data center campus delivery, managing cost, schedule, risk, change control, forecasting, and executive reporting.
• Develop and implement project controls standards, processes, governance models, and performance metrics across large-scale construction programs.
• Oversee integrated master schedules, baseline schedules, critical path analysis, milestone tracking, and schedule risk assessments.
• Monitor project budgets, expenditures, forecasts, contingencies, and cost performance against approved baselines.
• Establish clear change order controls, scope changes, claims management, risks, and commercial impacts for projects.

What we're looking for

• Significant senior-level experience in project controls for large capital projects.
• Strong background in data center construction or similar mission-critical facilities.
• Proven experience managing cost, schedule, risk, change control, and executive reporting.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders effectively.
• Deep knowledge of construction delivery models, contract structures, and procurement processes.
• Experience building and improving project controls frameworks and reporting systems.
• Strong executive communication skills for presenting complex data clearly.
