Principal Data Center Construction Lead

What you'll do

• Lead field execution across multiple buildings, systems, or major discipline scopes.
• Provide direct leadership for Construction Managers responsible for assigned areas.
• Drive safe and high-quality construction execution aligned with Oracle's standards.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure alignment on execution strategy and priorities.
• Monitor construction progress and develop proactive mitigation plans for risks.
• Ensure construction activities align with schedules, commissioning milestones, and readiness objectives.
• Resolve complex field execution issues requiring cross-functional coordination.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Over 10 years of experience managing large-scale, complex construction projects.
• Proven leadership in delivering hyperscale data centers and mission-critical facilities.
• Extensive knowledge of construction sequencing, contractor management, and workface planning.
• Strong ability to lead multiple contractors and stakeholders in fast-track environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
• Demonstrated experience identifying project risks and driving schedule recovery initiatives.
