What you'll do

Lead execution across multiple buildings, systems, or major discipline scopes in construction.
Provide direct leadership for Construction Managers responsible for assigned areas and disciplines.
Ensure alignment with Oracle's safety, quality, commissioning, and operational readiness standards.
Monitor progress, productivity, manpower, logistics, sequencing, and milestone achievement daily.
Identify execution risks and develop proactive mitigation plans to ensure schedule adherence.
Resolve complex field issues requiring cross-functional coordination and executive-level decision-making.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Over 10 years of experience managing large-scale, complex construction projects.
Proven leadership in leading multidisciplinary construction teams and contractors.
Extensive experience delivering hyperscale data centers or similar technically complex infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, contractor management, and schedule execution.
Ability to identify risks, resolve complex issues, and drive schedule recovery initiatives.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
