What we're looking for

Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs across multiple engineering organizations.
Strong understanding of cloud technologies, distributed systems, and software development lifecycles.
Proven ability to drive execution in complex environments while managing dependencies and mitigating risks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to executive leadership.
Ability to influence without direct authority and build consensus across diverse organizations.
Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and modern software development methodologies.
