Principal Program Manager

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end program lifecycles for initiatives connecting Frame.io to various Adobe platform services and systems.
• Maintain technical dependency maps and schedules to identify and mitigate risks before they impact critical paths.
• Translate ambiguous strategic goals into structured project plans with clear owners, success criteria, and detailed tracking.
• Drive cross-functional decisions and broker agreements between Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and other internal teams.
• Deliver executive-ready communications that distill complex technical programs into concise status updates and risk call-outs.
• Translate complex technical trade-offs between engineering requirements and non-technical business needs for diverse stakeholders.
• Establish and evolve scalable operating rhythms, planning processes, and governance models for complex programs.
• Mentor other program managers and contribute to the improvement of internal program management tools and practices.

What we're looking for

• 8–10+ years of program or technical program management experience in product-facing and platform/infrastructure roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to manage technical dependencies involving APIs, service integrations, data flows, or platform architecture.
• Experience with media, video, or integrating products into shared platform ecosystems.
• Proven track record of driving alignment and decisions across multiple organizations and teams.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to distill complex programs for leadership.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and standard program reporting tools.
• Experience building repeatable program management practices rather than just managing individual projects.
