What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • A four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field is required.
  • Typically 7-10 years of experience supporting or leading complex technical programs in cloud, platform, SaaS, enterprise software, or device management environments.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple organizations and engineering teams.
  • Experience working in Agile software development environments using tools like Jira.
  • Experience partnering with Product Managers, Architects, and Engineering leaders to convert business requirements into executable delivery plans.
  • Experience supporting customer-facing initiatives involving Customer Success, Support, Sales, or Operations teams.
  • Proficiency in technical program management including risk management, release management, and dependency tracking.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, POPM, LPM, or CSPO certifications are preferred.
