What you'll do

Drive Repeatable Program Excellence (RPX) improvement efforts across the Division.
Lead key business initiatives as directed by the Division Vice President.
Serve as the primary point of contact for program management functional issues.
Track key program metrics and communicate performance trends to leadership.
Coordinate Independent Review Team (IRT) activities and ensure all action items are closed.
Support standardized tools and processes for programmatic and financial forecasting.
Partner with business leaders to support execution strategy and long-term growth.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 12 years of relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of related experience.
Minimum of 16 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
Experience in Earned Value Management, Risk Management, and Change Management.
Experience leading cross-functional, multi-disciplinary, multi-geographical teams within a matrix organization.
Ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance.
Experience with Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and/or Overhead Persistent Infrared Missions (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
