What you'll do

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Intuit's talent acquisition technology ecosystem.
  • Re-engineer hiring workflows into AI-native experiences including sourcing, screening, and candidate communication.
  • Conduct structured vendor evaluations to select high-quality HR technology while filtering out marketing claims.
  • Enforce governance standards for candidate data privacy, responsible AI, and compliance with hiring regulations.
  • Ensure recruiting data flows accurately into workforce platforms to power analytics and downstream AI.
  • Manage strategic vendor relationships including service level agreements and contract value realization.
  • Drive continuous improvements in recruiter productivity, candidate experience, cycle time, and cost per hire.
  • Lead cross-functional programs involving engineering, legal, and security while mentoring other product managers.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of product management experience.
  • 5+ years of HR technology experience at enterprise scale with depth in talent acquisition and recruiting systems.
  • Expertise in HR technologies including ATS/CRM (e.g., Avature, Workday Recruiting), core HCM (Workday), and onboarding tools.
  • Experience shipping AI-powered product experiences including agent workflows, LLMs, and human-in-the-loop design.
  • Command of the HR technology trust and regulatory landscape, including data privacy (GDPR, CCPA) and bias audit requirements.
  • Technical fluency in integration and data patterns such as APIs, iPaaS, and workflow automation platforms.
  • Track record of managing enterprise vendors and holding partners accountable to SLAs and value commitments.
  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
