What you'll do

Define and lead the product and growth strategy for Microsoft SQL to increase developer acquisition and retention.

Establish and optimize measurement frameworks using experimentation, telemetry, and funnel analysis to improve product metrics.
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated initiatives connecting developer experiences with Azure consumption.
Identify and incubate new growth opportunities and business models to expand the Microsoft SQL ecosystem.
Develop self-service experiences that help customers move from initial ideas to production faster.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in product, service, project, program management, or software development.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of experience in product, service, or program management or software development.
4+ years of experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market.
6+ years of experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market.
6+ years of experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience.
Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check.
Knowledge and appreciation for Microsoft SQL, cloud technology, and modern developer needs.
Passion for AI, agents, and the future of development.
