TL;DR · Director of Product, Enterprise Content Hub

JOB TITLE: Director of Product, Enterprise Content Hub The Director of Product, Enterprise Content Hub is a senior individual-contributor role responsible for the product strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end experience of a shared educational content platform. You will own the complete consumer journey, including discovery, navigation, personalization, and recommendations, while ensuring the system functions as a reusable, multi-tenant enterprise solution. You will build product requirements for native and web embeds, white-label styling, and content eligibility rules. Key technologies and skills include Contentful, SDKs, APIs, CMS architecture, data models, and SQL for product analytics. You must navigate the technical complexity of multi-tenant architecture and attribution while balancing consumer-grade experience with enterprise scalability. This role solves the challenge of delivering consistent, high-quality financial education across multiple brands and external partners through a standardized, configurable distribution model.

What you'll do

  • Define and own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for the Enterprise Content Hub.
  • Design the complete consumer journey for content discovery, navigation, personalization, and recommendations.
  • Build a reusable, multi-tenant architecture that supports multiple brands and external enterprise partners.
  • Translate product strategy into clear requirements, user journeys, and prioritized backlogs for engineering and design.
  • Partner with Content leadership to shape reusable structures, topic taxonomies, and editorial tooling.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to make technical decisions regarding SDKs, web integrations, and CMS models.
  • Establish a measurement framework to track consumer engagement, tenant adoption, and incremental revenue.
  • Drive cross-functional execution from initial concept through launch, QA, and post-launch optimization.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of meaningful consumer-facing products or experiences.
  • Demonstrated success leading a complex product area as a senior individual contributor with substantial autonomy and cross-functional influence.
  • Strong consumer-product judgment across discovery, navigation, engagement, retention, personalization, recommendations, experimentation, and experience quality.
  • Experience working on products that serve multiple brands, clients, markets, platforms, or configurable experiences.
  • Sufficient technical fluency to collaborate on SDKs, web embeds, APIs, CMS architecture, data models, event tracking, attribution, and engineering tradeoffs.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience defining success metrics, instrumentation, experiments, dashboards, and post-launch learning plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Content, enterprise stakeholders, and executive leadership.
  • Experience in content platforms, publishing systems, enterprise SaaS, white-label products, or fintech (preferred).
