Key responsibilities include driving platform adoption, automating architecture reviews, and leveraging AI for predictive risk insights. Required competencies include human-centered design, business focus, technology-driven solutions, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership. The role addresses the technical challenge of balancing enterprise governance with rapid delivery in a high-stakes financial services environment using public cloud infrastructure.

What you'll do

Define a unified product vision for service enablement, enterprise architecture, and policy-as-code platforms.
Transform complex regulatory requirements into automated "paved roads" for frictionless engineering launches.
Lead a high-performing team of Product Managers to solve friction for developers and risk officers.
Implement AI-driven automation to accelerate policy discovery and architecture reviews.
Manage the development of a centralized Policy-as-Code platform for automated technical standard enforcement.
Serve as a strategic bridge between technology, risk, and executive leadership to align organizational goals.
Drive platform adoption to increase developer velocity while maintaining enterprise security and trust.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in any field.
At least 5 years of Product Management experience.
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
5 years of experience working with products or platforms serving a software developer or engineer-centric customer base (preferred).
5 years of experience working with products with regulatory, risk, or cyber requirements (preferred).
1 year of experience working on multi-tenant platform products (preferred).
