Director, Product Management, Enterprise Collaboration

What you'll do

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for virtual meeting collaboration tools like Zoom and Google Calendar.
• Manage the product strategy and roadmap for the enterprise Salesforce platform to support multiple lines of business.
• Lead the zero-to-one product strategy and rollout of Capital One Pages for internal web publishing and AI prototyping.
• Build, manage, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers and Senior Product Managers.
• Partner with Technology, Design, Risk, and Cybersecurity leaders to translate product strategy into execution.
• Deliver scalable capabilities and intuitive experiences that reduce friction for over 100,000 associates.
• Integrate AI-assisted development tools into rapid prototyping and self-service deployment workflows.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 5 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
• Proven ability to independently deliver key product milestones and solve complex problems in ambiguous environments (preferred).
• Experience bringing an internal developer tool, self-service hosting platform, or infrastructure product from concept to launch (preferred).
• Experience regularly presenting strategies to and securing alignment from VP+ executives, cybersecurity leads, and risk partners (preferred).
• Track record of managing or scaling enterprise SaaS collaboration platforms or technical developer products across large user bases (preferred).
• 3+ years of direct people management experience, including hiring and performance management for product managers (preferred).
