Principal Product Manager, Agentic AI Platform

What you'll do

• Shape the platform roadmap by translating product and customer needs into clear technical requirements.
• Define the technical direction for agent contracts, registries, gateways, and context memory systems.
• Run a proving-team operating model to onboard and scale flagship experience teams onto the platform.
• Make open architecture decisions and turn cross-organizational dependencies into explicit commitments with named owners.
• Bridge engineering and agentic science needs to resolve debates regarding data sources, schemas, and inferences.
• Define and instrument platform success metrics including reuse, time-to-first-agent, and cost per team.
• Maintain a clear "what we're not building" list to manage scope and expectations with experience teams.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years in product management, specifically with platform or infrastructure products for internal engineering teams.
• Hands-on depth with LLM and agentic systems, including orchestration, context engineering, memory, RAG, and eval design.
• Proven track record of driving adoption through influence across organizations with different incentives and roadmaps.
• Ability to write concise, compelling, decision-forcing documents for SVP-level leadership and manage execution.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and settle scope disputes by redrawing boundaries rather than escalating.
• Experience with data mesh or federated data platforms (preferred).
• Experience with experimentation, A/B testing on AI features, or consumer marketplace products (preferred).
