What you'll do

Drive pre-Si readiness for power, performance, thermal, and power delivery tests.
Implement ATE test programs to optimize SOC power/TDP in collaboration with platform teams.
Manage product manufacturing fuse requirements and end-to-end data flow across test sockets.
Develop integrated circuits from pre-silicon through first silicon bring-up phases.
Lead cross-functional teams and manage external vendors for project execution.

What we're looking for

Doctorate in Electrical Engineering or related field with 5+ years of experience, or equivalent.
8+ years of experience in product development and manufacturing for high-performance computing products.
Extensive experience in developing integrated circuits (pre-silicon to post-silicon).
Strong expertise in ATE test program development and optimization.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external vendors.
Deep knowledge of power/performance modeling and yield recovery techniques.
Background in electrical engineering, device physics, and system validation.
