What we're looking for

10+ years of experience in solid rocket motor design, development, and manufacture.
Strong technical expertise in mechanical design, internal ballistics, structural analysis, or thermal analysis.
Proven project planning and management skills for complex engineering projects.
Advanced degree (Masters or Doctorate) in engineering or engineering management.
Proficiency with SolidWorks CAD software and Abaqus FEA software.
Ability to manage multiple interdisciplinary technical teams effectively.
