As Principal Partner Enablement Product Manager for AI Infrastructure, you will join a dynamic team focused on driving adoption of our DSX suite among Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) partners. Your primary responsibilities include positioning the DSX platform to ODMs, ensuring alignment with the data center blueprint during delivery, and serving as a critical feedback channel between partners and internal teams. You will lead onboarding efforts, conduct architecture reviews, and develop enablement materials to facilitate partner adoption. Additionally, you will aggregate and communicate partner insights to improve product strategy. This role requires extensive experience in product management or technical enablement within the data center infrastructure space, including hands-on knowledge of AI Infrastructure delivery from an ODM perspective. Strong proficiency in data center architecture and excellent communication skills are essential, as is a deep understanding of DSX architecture and build review processes.

What you'll do
Lead positioning and enablement of the DSX platform for ODM partners to ensure successful design-in and adoption.
Maintain continuous alignment between ODMs and the DSX data center framework during delivery lifecycle.
Serve as primary interface between ODM partners and internal DSX product team, aggregating partner feedback on stack usability and deployment gaps.
Develop enablement materials such as technical briefs and build guides to ease ODM adoption of the DSX blueprint.
Track and report ODM adoption depth, alignment with the blueprint, and feedback themes to DSX leadership.
What we're looking for
Over 15 years of product management, technical enablement, or solutions engineering in data center or computing infrastructure programs.
Hands-on experience delivering AI Infrastructure from an ODM perspective, including design-in process and architectural decision-making.
Proven ability to enable external partners to adopt complex technical stacks through design-in programs and blueprint compliance.
Experience as a conduit between external partners and internal product teams, synthesizing field feedback into actionable input.
Strong understanding of data center architecture and infrastructure layers in full DC deployments.
Technical proficiency to engage with ODM hardware and systems engineers on DSX architecture and deployment blueprints.
