The Principal Partner Enablement Product Manager, AI Infrastructure owns adoption and alignment for ODM partners delivering data center solutions. This role serves as the primary interface between ODM partners and internal DSX product and engineering teams. Key responsibilities include leading positioning and enablement by promoting the DSX platform, supporting partners through the delivery lifecycle to ensure blueprint compliance, and translating real-world partner feedback into actionable suggestions for the foundational Plan of Record. The successful candidate will develop technical briefs, build guides, and deployment playbooks while conducting architecture reviews. Required skills include 15+ years of experience in product management, technical enablement, or solutions engineering, with deep knowledge of data center architecture, infrastructure layers, and AI infrastructure delivery. Candidates should possess strong product instincts and technical proficiency.
Translate the central DSX platform into compelling positioning for ODM engineering and business teams.
Lead DSX onboarding and build-in engagements including architecture reviews and blueprint compliance.
Maintain continuous ODM alignment with the DSX data center framework throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Aggregate and communicate partner feedback on stack usability and deployment gaps to the internal product team.
Incorporate ODM field findings into the core DSX Plan of Record to guide product strategy.
Develop technical briefs, build guides, and deployment playbooks to facilitate ODM adoption of the DSX blueprint.
Track and report ODM adoption depth and feedback themes to DSX leadership.
What we're looking for
15+ years of experience in product management, technical enablement, or solutions engineering.
Significant experience working with or inside ODM partners on data center or computing infrastructure programs.
Hands-on experience with AI Infrastructure delivery from the ODM side, including the design-in process and architectural decisions.
Demonstrated ability to enable external partners to adopt complex technical stacks, including architecture reviews and blueprint compliance.
Prior experience as a conduit between external partners and internal product teams to synthesize field feedback into actionable product input.
Strong grasp of data center architecture and the infrastructure layers of a full DC deployment.
Technical proficiency to engage with ODM hardware and systems engineers on architecture, reference builds, and deployment blueprints.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, or a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related area.
Mandarin proficiency (spoken and written) (preferred).
Prior experience working at or embedded with a Tier 1 ODM on a DC infrastructure program (preferred).
Familiarity with DSX architecture, internal build review processes, and DSX structure (preferred).
