TL;DR · Senior Partner Enablement Product Manager, Storage Platform

The Senior Partner Enablement Product Manager, Storage Platform manages storage solution adoption and enablement across ODM partners, focusing on integrating NVIDIA storage platforms into cluster-level and rack-scale deployments. This role serves as the primary link between NVIDIA storage architecture and the ODM ecosystem, ensuring partners can build and deliver systems aligned with the product roadmap. Responsibilities include leading design-in engagements, conducting architecture reviews, and providing guidance on performance, scalability, and system tradeoffs in AI and accelerated compute environments. The candidate will translate partner feedback into actionable input for internal teams to influence storage roadmaps. Key technical requirements include expertise in distributed and high-performance storage systems, cluster-level architectures, and familiarity with STX and BlueField (BF4) platforms. Success requires navigating ODM development cycles while creating reference architectures and integration frameworks to streamline partner execution.

What you'll do

  • Drive the adoption of NVIDIA storage solutions across ODM partner networks for cluster and rack-scale deployments.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between ODM partners and internal NVIDIA teams to align on architecture and roadmap.
  • Lead technical design-in engagements with ODMs, including architecture reviews and system integration at the cluster level.
  • Guide partners through the full lifecycle of building, testing, and deploying storage systems aligned with NVIDIA specifications.
  • Translate real-world partner constraints and deployment insights into actionable feedback for internal product development teams.
  • Develop and scale enablement materials such as reference architectures, design guides, and integration frameworks for partners.
  • Track and report on ODM adoption metrics, architecture alignment, and key friction points to internal stakeholders.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent specialization.
  • 12+ years of experience working within ODMs or in roles deeply engaging ODM partners on storage systems.
  • Strong expertise in storage system architecture, including distributed and high-performance storage environments.
  • Deep understanding of cluster-level architectures, including compute and storage integration in AI systems.
  • Proven experience with ODM development cycles including design-in, validation, manufacturing, and delivery.
  • Working knowledge of NVIDIA storage solutions, including STX architectures and BlueField (BF4)-based systems.
  • Experience with rack-scale system design and deployment in AI or hyperscale environments (preferred).
  • Prior experience working at a Tier 1 ODM on infrastructure programs or Mandarin proficiency (preferred).
