As the Principal Product Manager, AI Workflow Enablement Lead, you will join the AI Transformation Org to integrate AI agents into the everyday workflows of non-engineering functions like Finance, Legal, Marketing, Customer Success, and People & Places. You will serve as the engine for moving AI-redesigned workflows into production by partnering with AI Champions to apply approved enterprise blueprints to high-friction, repeatable processes. Your daily work involves coaching champions through configuration, integration, and evaluation while ensuring all designs adhere to established governance guardrails and measurement contracts. You will collaborate with the People & Places AI Workforce Transformation team and Enterprise Solution Architects to align role expectations with new technology. Key responsibilities include identifying platform gaps, managing a redesign portfolio, and ensuring long-term adoption of agentic workflows and production AI systems across the enterprise architecture.
Apply approved enterprise blueprint patterns to high-friction, repeatable workflows across non-engineering functions.
Coach AI Champions through the configuration, integration, evaluation, and rollout of new workflows in production environments.
Enforce standard workflow logic, agent configurations, and governance guardrails while rejecting bespoke designs that fragment architecture.
Establish measurable baselines and instrument telemetry to ensure behavioral adoption of redesigned workflows.
Identify and report platform gaps or governance hurdles to the engineering team to improve core infrastructure.
Align role expectations, hiring criteria, and learning pathways with HR leaders as a result of workflow changes.
Maintain a portfolio view of all redesigns in flight to track value, risk, and prioritization.
What we're looking for
12+ years of experience designing, building, or operating production AI/ML systems, agentic workflows, or enterprise workflow platforms.
At least 3 years of experience driving change inside other people's organizations.
Demonstrated track record of taking AI-powered workflows from prototype into in-production adoption at enterprise scale.
Experience influencing and aligning VP-level and above stakeholders on workflow strategy and investment decisions.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred).
Background in enterprise HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing, or Customer Success technology (preferred).
Experience with responsible AI frameworks, evaluation pipelines, governance programs, or as a forward-deployed engineer/AI solutions architect (preferred).
