As a Principal Member of Technical Staff, you will join the team building the next generation of the ValueOps Financial Intelligence Solution. You will design and develop enterprise-scale cloud-native services to support Unified Hybrid FinOps, focusing on cloud cost optimization, tokenomics, capacity forecasting, and budget recommendations. Your daily work involves building AI-powered capabilities using LLMs, Agentic AI, MCP, RAG, and enterprise knowledge platforms to create executive insights and AI copilots. You will develop APIs, microservices, data pipelines, and AI orchestration services while collaborating with DevOps to improve engineering productivity. The role requires expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, and distributed systems. You will build scalable solutions on AWS, Azure, GCP, or VMware Cloud Foundation to solve complex cloud financial management and enterprise decision-making problems.

What you'll do

Design and develop enterprise-scale cloud-native services supporting Unified Hybrid FinOps.
Build AI-powered capabilities using LLMs, Agentic AI, MCP, RAG, and enterprise knowledge platforms.
Develop intelligent services for cloud cost optimization, tokenomics, capacity forecasting, and budget recommendations.
Build APIs, microservices, data pipelines, and AI orchestration services.
Translate business requirements from Product Management into scalable technical solutions.
Improve engineering productivity by collaborating with DevOps teams on AI-assisted software development.
Mentor engineers on modern AI engineering practices and software architecture.

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience developing enterprise SaaS applications.
Bachelor's in Engineering with 12+ years of related experience, Master's with 10+ years, or PhD with 7+ years.
Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, and distributed systems.
Experience with Generative AI, AI Agents, LLM integration, Prompt Engineering, MCP, and RAG.
Experience building cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, GCP, or VMware Cloud Foundation.
Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and DevOps.
Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills.
Masters degree in Engineering and 10+ years of related.
