Principal Machine Learning Engineer

What you'll do

• Implement machine learning models for production by transforming prototypes into production-ready systems.
• Automate machine learning workflows including data extraction, transformation, loading, and deployment monitoring.
• Create infrastructure and frameworks to monitor performance and alignment of deployed models with design criteria.
• Evaluate and mitigate risks related to data quality, security, and privacy in modeling processes.
• Develop, maintain, and refine internal tools, platforms, and services for machine learning operations.
• Write efficient, bug-free code from scratch while maintaining high standards for version control and documentation.
• Provide expert troubleshooting and debugging support for machine learning infrastructure and workflows.
• Mentor junior team members and participate in the candidate interview process to build the talent pipeline.

What we're looking for

• Must have 6 to 10+ years of experience in the field.
• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras is required.
• Ability to develop and maintain production-ready machine learning models and automated workflows.
• Experience in developing infrastructure for monitoring model performance and ensuring data quality.
• Ability to write efficient, bug-free code from scratch while maintaining version control and documentation.
• Proficiency in English reading, writing, and speaking skills is required.
