What you'll do

  • Identify customer technical requirements, workloads, and success criteria to provide tailored advice.
  • Deliver technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and product evaluations for prospective and existing customers.
  • Help customers optimize and accelerate their workloads on Arm-based systems.
  • Translate customer feedback and requirements into actionable input for product and engineering teams.
  • Investigate technical issues in customer environments to identify root causes and propose solutions.
  • Create technical collateral, including guides, examples, and demos to support customer adoption.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve product usability, performance, and documentation.

What we're looking for

  • Experience running, deploying, or supporting workloads on cloud-based systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies including AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, containers, and networking.
  • Development experience in at least one programming or scripting language such as Python, Go, Java, C++, or Rust.
  • Practical experience using Linux command-line tools and debugging issues in complex systems.
  • Ability to work directly with customers for discovery, demos, troubleshooting, and solution design.
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to reason from first principles.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to explain complex technical topics clearly.
  • Experience as a Solutions Architect, Forward Deployed Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role is preferred.
