What you'll do

Identify cardholder data risks and design remediation strategies in collaboration with Risk, Security, and Compliance teams.
Integrate technical tools such as data tokenization, encryption, and logging to ensure PCI compliance.
Serve as a subject matter expert on PCI standards and AI technologies to mentor engineers and influence architecture.
Translate business objectives into technical engineering solutions while contributing to enterprise-level PCI strategy and roadmaps.

What we're looking for

7+ years of engineering experience or equivalent through work, training, military service, or education.
7+ years of deep understanding of PCI DSS requirements and implementing compliant solutions.
7+ years of hands-on experience with Java and Python.
7+ years of hands-on experience with microservices, RESTful APIs, event-driven architecture, and integration architecture.
7+ years of experience with databases and data models.
5+ years of Agile experience.
PCI ISA or AI/ML certifications (preferred).
Experience with encryption, tokenization, PCI scope reduction, and agentic AI concepts (preferred).
